Our Rules

Group rules:

# Every member will have to speak for 10 minutes on the topic given to them.

# Members should present their speech in the presence of other members and chief guest

# Chief guest will be one from amongst the members and a new chief guest will oversee the programme on next day
Ex: A, B, C, and D are group members
On Monday 'A' will be the chief guest and on Tuesday 'B' would be the chief guest and A, C, & D Will be the members

Role of Chief guest:
# Chief guest will observe the presentation and will recommend suggestions for improvement after rating the presentation out of 5 stars

# Chief guest of the day will not speak on any topic but he will express his own views after the end of each members speech and he would suggest how can that particular member can improve his communicating capabilities

# The topic for the next day speech or GD will be decided by chief guest

# Chief guest should observe whether the presentation meets the standard. He should point out the mistakes done by the presenter *(Fluency, understandability, time, beginning and summing up of topic etc)*

Members:
# Listening members must speak on the presentation after *chief guests* comments

# This programme is to improve our communication, presentation and speaking skills
